Steep pockets and campus traffic

Kelvin Grove Urban Village
The Kelvin Grove Urban Village was built on the former Gona Barracks site and opened in 2003. It combines QUT's Creative Industries precinct with apartments, shops and a Saturday market on Blamey Street. Victoria Park sits on its edge. The village has many medium-density apartment buildings, so lift bookings and basement height limits are common. Avoid Saturday mornings near Blamey Street if you can, as the market draws a crowd.

Our Stafford depot is about 10 minutes' drive from Kelvin Grove, using Kelvin Grove Road, Musgrave Road, the Inner City Bypass and Herston Road. We also move people in nearby Red Hill, Herston, Paddington. Use the depot finder to see which depot is closest to both ends of your move.
