Estate streets and the Bruce Highway
Estate streets are well laid out, but cars parked on the street can make it tight for a larger truck. The Bruce Highway links North Lakes to Brisbane. A master-planned community
North Lakes was built as a master-planned community on land once used for dairy farming and pineapple growing. Lake Eden sits within the suburb, and Bounty Boulevard State School and North Lakes State College are both large local schools. Public transport is by bus via North Lakes Bus Station. Most homes are double-storey estate houses with garages, so plan for internal stairs and plenty of furniture.
Close to our Stafford depot
Our Stafford depot is about 21 minutes' drive from North Lakes, using the Bruce Highway, Anzac Avenue, North Lakes Drive and Plantation Road. We also move people in nearby Strathpine, Bald Hills, Bracken Ridge. Use the depot finder to see which depot is closest to both ends of your move.
