The Old Windmill and the Baths
The Old Windmill on Wickham Terrace was built by convicts in 1828 and is the oldest surviving European building in Queensland. The Spring Hill Baths, opened in 1886, are the last remaining covered baths in Australia. Boundary Street once marked the town limit, and the rows of workers' cottages show how crowded the suburb was in the 1870s.
