Moving in Jindalee
The older part of Jindalee, west of the motorway, is mostly individual houses, while a newer townhouse estate sits between the shops and the river. At the 2021 Census about 96 per cent of homes were separate houses. Jindalee also has a real flood history. The 1974 floods inundated many houses and damaged the Centenary Bridge, and the 2011 floods badly affected the suburb again.
