Our interstate service is for private consignments only. We don't combine your move with other customers' loads. Your belongings are inventoried and insured, and we keep you informed from loading day to delivery.
Moves by appointment
Interstate moves are by appointment. Send both addresses, your preferred pickup and delivery dates and any flexibility in your schedule. We'll confirm whether the route and timing can be accommodated before you book. Submitting an enquiry isn't confirmation of availability.
Brisbane to Melbourne
Leaving Brisbane? We'll pack (if you'd like), load and protect your belongings at your Brisbane home, then deliver and place them in your new Melbourne home. If your Melbourne place isn't ready yet, ask about holding your belongings in storage at Eagle Farm before they travel.
Melbourne to Brisbane
Moving to Brisbane? Tell us your Melbourne pickup address and access, and where you're heading in Brisbane. Not sure which suburb yet? Our northside and southside pages cover the suburbs we move every day, and our Eagle Farm storage can hold your things while you settle in.
A clear written price up front
Interstate moves get a clear written price up front. Unlike our local moves, an interstate move isn't charged by the hour. Door to door, straight to your new home
Your move is a private consignment, door to door. Once your belongings are loaded, the truck heads straight to your new home. It's a 2 day trip between Brisbane and Melbourne, and delivery follows straight on unless you've asked us to hold your belongings in storage first.
Plan both ends of the journey
Describe stairs, lifts, parking restrictions and any extra pickup or delivery stops. Include furniture that needs dismantling and any heavy or fragile items. A complete inventory and access details let us plan the right truck and handling for your move.

Insurance
Your goods are insured in transit. Our transit insurance has a $1,000 customer excess and policy exclusions. Read the transit insurance terms and tell us about valuable or fragile belongings before booking.

How booking works
Every move starts with a clear written quote. You'll receive a booking confirmation email when you book, and a reminder 48 hours before your move. Tap Confirm My Move in that email, or let us know about any changes.
